The More I Work, The Less I Think, The Better Off I Am.
My brother and I used to laugh about this quote we made up as a joke.
Yet, in every joke the heart speaks...
It has actually been proven relatively true.
When we have too much time to think, we focus on all the problems and become inactive.
We become paralyzed.
We hyper-focus on the negatives which help our mind find more negatives because we keep asking the wrong question to our subconscious.
“Why is this problem here?”
“Why is the problem getting worse?”
“Why do all these challenges keep coming?”
Your subconscious will find the answers and TELL you why.
It will find MORE why’s. It will reinforce the why’s.
Or, you can just go to work on fixing things daily and grind it out.
Start asking your subconscious better questions.
“How do I fix this problem?”
“What actions can I take today to grow?”
And through it all, express how thankful you are for all the good in your life!
How thankful you are to go to work.
How thankful you are to be able to work and solve problems.
How thankful you are for anything in your life!
If you work MORE, the LESS you think.
Sometimes you are better off doing this than just sitting around thinking.
So go and do something today if you are inactive in an area.
You can’t steer a parked car.
You can’t change what you aren’t working on!
