What Feelings Are You Suppressing?
Sometimes we suppress certain emotions that might be too scary, too painful, too shameful to access...
We suppress and sedate... and the more we suppress... the more we sedate... the more that which we are trying to suppress wants to come out.

This is a tool that allows you to lay out a complete map of your emotions... so you can look at them inside of an overall picture.
Here is a brief summary of the concept:
You can grab any situation that triggered you to feel sadness, frustration, anger, anxiety, fear...
Think of this situation and fill out these sentences... starting from #1 until #5.
Do this exercise alone.
Write down your answers or say them out loud.
Be unapologetic about everything you say. Don’t hold back and avoid your own judgement.
The purpose of this exercise is to be Raw and Real.
