"One of the biggest things that we did early on, that really helped the organization scale was to really understand our strategic planning process.
We had every team member and team leads put together their own strategic plan where they were able to understand what their top priorities are and how we're gonna measure success.
We would take that information and then during our monthly meetings, each team lead and even members of the team would present their plan.
We would hold each other accountable and ask questions, but it also created a layer of transparency that helped each team communicate with each other.
I think because of the communication was so fluid and we really understood what each team member was doing, it helped us out in ways that you wouldn't even imagine.
We were able to really hone in our strategic planning process that allowed us to really take Simpluris to the next level."
