Normal goals, normal ways to live life, have changed drastically and it’s stripped so many from their focus.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
More than ever we need goals in all areas of our lives to drive ourselves forward during this time.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

Body - Veggie drink and 60 min of something body related like an infrared sauna, bouncer, weights, stretching, rolling out, sit-ups, pushups.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

Being - Daily meditation for 10 min. Box Breathing for 40 min daily on the Bemer Pad. 4 Hours of coaching and transformation work weekly.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

Balance - Texts and calls to whoever pops in my mind daily. At least 60 min a day of saying thank you and I love you to people.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

Business - Show up and do at least 8 actual hours of real work daily. Listen to 30 min a day of Audible, i.e. Extreme Ownership.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

Then celebrate to myself that I kept going through all this. ⠀⠀ ⠀

What I find is I want to do more... I want to push harder than ever. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

I’m more packed and more productive than when I started.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
⠀
You can’t sit on your past success anymore.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
