The truth is that I didn’t train myself for times of negativity in business, relationships and health...⠀

I wasn’t prepared.

I had not taken the time to study the psychology of success and failures. ⠀

Years and thousands of hours in personal, mental and emotional development later, I can now weather these storms with ease.⠀

My daily veggie drinks are on point!⠀

My habits of listening to positive books, speakers, podcasts, and having calls with mentors are thriving.⠀

My daily meditation habit is giving me two incredible workdays in one full day of work.⠀

I know I will survive in some way shape or form. ⠀

I will fight to keep going no matter what. ⠀

You see... challenges come to us ALL. ⠀

And all we can do is…⠀

Allow it to expose us to what still ENSLAVES us!!!⠀
