Create Accountability
If you really want to move something forward, get clear on what the targets and goals are.
The question is, who is going to challenge you in these areas?
Who do you have that is really going to ask you, “is that really a goal?”
Who do you have to hold you accountable till the end?
You can be the person that challenges other people. Cause then, they'll do it back to you.
You set the pace in your company.
You do it to them, they'll do it back to you.
