Object In Motion
My good friend left me a voicemail and said “Hey man, I can't make the Boat Parade Party. It's not our time to Party, we need to work.”
Three nights of networking in a row at social events and my morning routine went bye-bye as did my bottle of Advil in the morning.
I barely drank more than 3 drinks and stayed up an extra hour or two later but it threw off my morning routine.
My days inevitably were not as powerful and slowed to a halt in some areas.
Literally, I went from crushing it in BODY, BEING, BALANCE, and BUSINESS daily, to barely getting out of bed because I "Partied" a little bit more under the guise of Networking.
I PAID THE PRICE.
MY LIFE SLOWED DOWN.
SOME AREAS STOPPED.
THE MOMENTUM WAS LOST.
I WAS NO LONGER AN OBJECT STAYING IN MOTION.
Where does this happen in your life?

Why?
As we get older, we stop learning massive new things, and we need to switch to learning the nuances in our own lives that make us effective in getting what we want out of it.
I have learned at 44 that I can't stop the Morning Routine or sacrifice sleep.
HITTING THE CORE 4 IN THE AM IS WHAT EMPOWERS ME TO CRUSH ALL THE OTHER AREAS THAT I TOUCH THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
Where do you need to get the MOMENTUM MOVING AGAIN SO YOU CAN TRULY BE AN OBJECT THAT STAYS IN MOTION??
