I am constantly at odds with myself and my desire to do a million different things.

Because I want to Build Simpluris, I want to have a social life, Grow BalanceGenics, Get Klerk Legal moving forward faster, Get in Shape and, inevitably, every week one thing completely tanks.

Lately, it’s been Sleep. I have been only getting 3-6 hours a day for many weeks, with some days just sleeping through everything in the am and missing my workouts.

So what is the Solution?

FIRST – GET CLEAR ON WHAT I WANT AND WHY !!!!

HENCE, Back to THE BASICS OF JOURNALING…

WHAT ARE THEY, TROY, YOU ASK?!?!?!

GREAT QUESTION 😉 LOL

IN the AM, we are in THETA Frequency, which is best for Subconscious work.

It’s the perfect time to grab our Journals and ask the questions we want answers for.

We can start by asking ourselves, WHERE AM I AT RIGHT NOW?

Then, as we write, we reveal the STRUCTURE OF OUR CURRENT BELIEFS AND PROGRAMMING and The Understanding OF How we got where we are.

IT LITERALLY TAKES THE CHAOS IN OUR MINDS AND FRAMES IT INTO MORE LOGICAL WAYS OF PROCESSING WHAT WE ARE THINKING OR FEELING.

Next, Write out the Vision of what YOU WANT TO MANIFEST.

Then, Write out, WHAT IS THE GAP?

WHY IS IT THERE?

And LAST, WHAT ACTION, NEW BELIEF/PROGRAMMING do I need to install to GET TO THAT VISION????

EVERY MORNING WE HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE OUR VISION.

IN THE AM WE DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THE RESISTANCE WE HAD LAST NIGHT OR ALL THE ACCUMULATED STRESS OF THE DAY YET.
