I remember 10 years ago googling by myself at 3am one night after more problems I was dealing with at the company...

 "What does a CEO do?”

I was overwhelmed with one issue after another, with one person’s problem after another, taxed, tired and failing miserably in all ways...

Systems collapsing, decisions, decisions, decisions coming up that when made seemed to be the wrong ones...

HOW IN THE WORLD WAS I GOING TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE ALL OF THIS!?!?

What I Learned in the Process was simple.

YOU HAVE TO BE CLEAR ON THE VISION AND FOLLOW THE PATH IT TAKES YOU ON NO MATTER THE COST.

NO MATTER WHAT!!!

FOLLOW THE SIGNS... IGNORE THE COST!!!

THERE WILL BE PAIN.

Do not allow people to battle with you, force their perspective, and sidetrack your vision.

Prepare for the non-believers.

They'll be convinced you should journey down a different path or your vision will fail.

YOU HAVE TO LIVE WITH YOUR RESULTS!

This one fact alone, if you truly own the VISION, will guide you, drive you, and allow you to do whatever is required to achieve what you set out to achieve.

Magically you will read something, call someone, seek advice, test and try and fail and figure it out.

You will work day and night till you find the answer if you are truly committed to the Vision.

Those that don’t put in the time, don’t put in the work will only deliver excuses to themselves and those around them.

YOU SEE, THE CLARITY OF THE VISION WILL DRIVE THE PASSION WHICH EMPOWERS YOU TO BECOME THE LEADER YOU NEED TO BECOME TO MOVE IT ALL FORWARD!!!!

VISIONARIES DO WHATEVER IS REQUIRED TO MANIFEST THEIR VISION!!!!!!
