Habits Always Drive You

You’ve got routines whether you like it or not.

You even have routines you don’t even know you have. Automatic thoughts and actions that are running your life if you like it or not.

It’s very important you become aware of those routines and do everything you can to make sure they’re getting the results you want.

When we choose routines that support and empower us daily, It feels freaking amazing.

Let me share some of my routines with you.

Every day, like clockwork, I make myself a veggie drink.

I walk 3 miles every single day, regardless of the weather.

I have daily rituals and exercises that serve as the foundation for how I live my life, that keep me performing at my absolute best every single day even under the relentless bombardment of people seeking my time for all kinds of projects, questions, advice, companies, issues.

Now sometimes our routines fall off, I get that.

Maybe you’re traveling or have had a particularly busy month…

I am constantly course correcting and dropping balls… but the more I learn to stick to the daily habits no matter how many months I spend more time in hotels than in my own bed... I get to sustain and accomplish at high levels.
