Brodie Kern visits the studio to discuss overcoming addiction and discovering a higher power. We explore how his alcoholism, overdoses, self-development, stoicism, overcoming fear or doubt, abundance in life, Kaizen, and his BSB system.
“The only thing getting in my way is me.” Brodie Kern would tell himself he is a “self-destructive individual and if anything good comes you’ll f*** it up.” Since then, reading and learning from books on sales, stoicism, Alan Watts, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich, Why is Buddhism True, and many others have expanded his mind. He pushed himself to make the uncomfortable comfortable and there found success. We discuss how fear has become his compass and how the choice to ignore negativity can propel you forward. “If I have abundance — life will mirror back to you.” Brodie has trained even his physiology to get excited by the sound of his “Abundance bell,” which rings the frequency of his desires, “sound creates motion, emotion creates vibration, and it goes out into the ethos.” It is this mindset that built the system by which he liberated himself. “When you’re thinking about the future you’re anxious and when you’re thinking about the past you’re depressed.” Today Brodie focuses on being present, through his BSB system and Kaizen, he continues to improve “1% better every day.”
As an international speaker, Brodie shares decades of experience with thousands of young professions who connect with his story. He is a survivor of multiple seizures, overdoses, and regular hospital visits from excessive alcoholism & substance abuse. After turning his life around and learning how to master himself, he brings a unique perspective to chaos management. While secluded in rehab, 28 days of reading began to change his whole psychology on life. “What allows me to be sober today is a willingness to open up and find a higher power.” With a burning desire to build businesses, this ember grew each sober day, and today he coaches over 50 men every month who are achieving their financial and physical goals. Dr. Robert Dee McDonald visits the studio to discuss Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). We explore how the mind works, sensory systems, The Destination® Method, and how to resolve grief.
“My personal mission is to heal and be healed by others.” Dr. McDonald shares how thoughts control our emotional life. To create change or results requires behavior change - thoughts that drive actions. We dive into the Destination Method and changing orders. It’s a transpersonal coaching strategy that offers a pathway to personal evolution at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of consciousness. Dr. McDonald suggests, “grief and suffering is unnecessary — when the memory can no longer hurt, now I can see and sing and dance the praises of my past whereas before it would imprison me.” Since creating The Destination® Coaching Method, Dr. McDonald has been committed to the practical application of the transformational aspects of coaching, language, spirituality, and singing.
As a professional lecturer on international communication and mental health, with over 40 years of experience, he has taught thousands of people in 18 countries around the world. Dr. Robert Dee McDonald visits the studio to discuss The Destination Method and how the mind works. We explore his mission, education, detecting destiny, communication, men’s groups, the auditory switch process, and the tools of neuro-linguistics.
“My personal mission is to heal and be healed by others.” Dr. McDonald’s work reflects his mission to create heaven on earth through the principle that behind every behavior, thought, feeling and experience are universally acceptable gifts and positive intentions. We discuss the early detection of this destiny to resolve unnecessary suffering through a powerful memory playing in a playground sandbox. Since early childhood, Dr. Robert has been fascinated with the nature and structure of deeply meaningful personal changes, as well as how and why people express themselves.
We dive into his training and concepts behind Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Dr. McDonald suggests, “If all I have is compassion without a method to make the change, then I’m lost in compassion — I need the sword of technology, step-by-step procedures to help resolve suffering.” He created The Destination® Coaching Method, a transpersonal coaching strategy that offers a pathway to personal evolution at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of consciousness. Dr. Robert insists it is impossible to feel congruent without private practice, where he utilizes these tools and ensures authenticity before training and certifying others in NLP. He is committed to the practical application of the transformational aspects of coaching, language, spirituality and singing.
